Key Responsibilities

- ✓Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- ✓• Provide first-line technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- ✓• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems efficiently and document solutions
- ✓• Reset passwords, manage user accounts, and handle routine technical queries
- ✓• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- ✓• Install, configure, and maintain hardware components and software applications
- ✓• Perform system administration tasks including troubleshooting, regular maintenance, backup operations, and configuration management
- ✓Network Support
- ✓• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across LAN, WAN, and MAN configurations
- ✓• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues proactively
- ✓• Coordinate with network teams for escalated issues
- ✓Customer Service Excellence
- ✓• Maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction through professional and courteous technical support
- ✓• Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users
- ✓• Document all interactions and solutions in ticketing systems
- ✓• Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues
Required Skills & Qualifications

- ✓• B. Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or any related technical branch
- ✓• Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
- ✓• Pass-out years: 2025 or 2026 batches
- ✓Academic Requirements
- ✓• Minimum 60% marks in Graduation
- ✓• Minimum 60% marks in 10th Standard
- ✓• Minimum 60% marks in 12th Standard
- ✓• No active backlogs in Graduation at the time of application

We are hiring an IT Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end hiring for our staffing clients. You will source, screen and place top technology talent across India while building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- ✓Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social platforms
- ✓Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and shortlist profiles
- ✓Coordinate interviews and manage client feedback loops
- ✓Negotiate offers and manage onboarding with compliance support
- ✓Maintain candidate database and update recruitment tracker (ATS)
- ✓Meet monthly hiring targets for assigned client accounts
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ✓1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (staffing agency preferred)
- ✓Strong sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn and job boards
- ✓Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ✓Ability to understand technical requirements across roles
- ✓Target-driven with good time management
- ✓Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools
Good To Have
- ✓Experience in volume hiring or HTD programs
- ✓Knowledge of contract staffing and statutory compliance
- ✓Prior BFSI or IT services domain exposure
